Lysates from freshly isolated PBMC are now available from Astarte Biologics. Resting and activated PBMC are lysed using RIPA buffer containing protease and phosphatase inhibitors. They are adjusted to 1 mg/mL and ready to load on your gel. The PMA activated PBMC lysate contains phosphorylated ERK1 and ERK2 as shown on the gel below.
We'll add more cell types in the coming months. If you want a particular type of cell lysate please let us know by sending us an email using our contact page. The more requests we get the sooner we'll make it a new product.
