Sample Data: Sample data using PBMC labeled with carboxyfluorescein succinimidyl ester and cultured with antigens or control for 6 days. Antigen specific cells have undergone division and have lower fluorescence than the non-activated cells. Other cell surface antigens or intracellular cytokines can be labeled in the same sample.
