Peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cells from donors treated with granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) have largely replaced bone marrow for transplantation purposes. Administration of G-CSF stimulates hematopoietic stem cells to mobilize from the bone marrow to the peripheral blood. Astarte Biologics is pleased to offer PBMC from healthy donors treated with G-CSF. These mobilized PBMC contain a higher proportion of CD34+ cells than untreated PBMC.   Flow cytometric analysis is provided for each lot.
