Orders

Orders will be accepted by phone, by fax, by mail or email. Phone orders may be confirmed but should be prominently marked "Confirming Order, Do Not Duplicate". Address orders to:

Be sure to include a shipping address with phone number and to whom the shipment should be addressed, a billing address and a purchase order number.

Pricing

Prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Payment

Payment is due 30 days from date of invoice (net 30) unless prior arrangements have been made. A 1.5% monthly late charge on account balances over 30 days past due will be added to invoices from date of shipment. If collection of past due accounts requires attorney involvement, the customer will be responsible for all fees and court costs. All payments must be by check or money order drawn on a U.S. bank and must be for the full amount. Deductions made for bank, clearance or exchange charges will not be accepted. All checks returned for insufficient funds are subject to an additional charge of $25.00. We also accept all major credit cards.

Shipping

Products are shipped FOB Astarte Biologics, LLC with shipping prepaid and added to the invoice. Astarte Biologics reserves the right to choose shipment method. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt.

Warranty

All products supplied by Astarte Biologics are warranted to meet or exceed our published specifications when used under normal conditions in your laboratory. Specifications are published in the product insert available at the Astarte Biologics website or call customer service and request a copy. Should any product fail to perform as warranted, upon notification Astarte Biologics shall promptly replace it free of charge. Our obligation and your sole remedy are limited to such replacement of the products or full credit of the original purchase price. Any claim for credit must be made within 10 days of receipt. Astarte Biologics will not accept returned products.

Condition of Sale

All products are sold for research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. Human cells and cell lines are derived from donors screened for blood borne pathogens following informed consent. All human derived cells and should still be handled as if infectious following biosafety level 2 practices. Astarte Biologics will not be held responsible for patent infringement or other violations that may occur with the use of our products. Purchase does not include or carry any right to resell or transfer this product either as a stand-alone product or as a component of another product or service.
