Mixed Lymphocyte Reaction

Dendritic cells were thawed and cultured with PBMC from an unrelated donor.

PBMC numbers were constant at 250,000 cells per well of a 96 well round bottom plate.

DC were added at the indicated number of cells per well.  Culture medium was collected after 72 hours incubation at 37degC and interferon gamma was measured by sandwich ELISA.
